The exaltation of the enamels
I made the Pop Art collection with a very fine ceramic that allowed me to obtain very compact and smooth glazings without having excessive weights.
I worked mainly with monochromatic and glossy enamels , at temperatures from 960 ° to 1200 °. I glazed the objects individually, but having all the same gloss and a compatible degree of fusion I was able to cook together also structures composed of pieces of different colors, which stick together in fusion.
Unlike the crystallines, which are transparent or colored glass, the enamels are opaque glass therefore capable of generating bright and intense colors with the same brightness of the glass. Precisely the clean and detached colors have given character to the collection.
